Job Title: Quality Assurance Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled QA Test Automation professional to enhance our technology team's software quality and reliability.

This role involves designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to guarantee the performance and stability of our software applications.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to identify testing requirements, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure software quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies.
  • Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects with detailed documentation.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects until resolution.
  • Enhance efficiency and coverage by continuously improving test automation frameworks and processes.
  • Conduct performance and regression testing to ensure system stability and scalability.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and technologies in test automation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance and test automation.
  • Proficiency in test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
