We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Platform Developer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive business intelligence solutions using advanced DAX and data modeling techniques.
  • Build and customize applications to streamline business operations and enhance user experience.
  • Automate workflows and approvals to reduce manual effort and increase productivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and effective solutions.
  • Integrate the Power Platform with various services such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL, Excel, and Azure to enable seamless data exchange and analytics.
  • Monitor and optimize performance, data refreshes, and security of business intelligence assets.
  • Troubleshoot, support, and continuously improve existing solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling.
  • Good knowledge of SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Experience integrating Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
  • Exposure to Azure services and APIs is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Microsoft Power Platform / Power BI certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology.
