Job Description:

As a Business Intelligence Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in empowering leaders across the Life Sciences industries to make informed data-driven decisions. Your expertise in data analysis and reporting will enable strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams, driving business growth through actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Develop and manage BI tools such as Tableau to create comprehensive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
    • Analyze sales trends, market performance, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks.
    • Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making for marketing campaigns, product launches, and portfolio management.
  • Data Management:
    • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by collaborating with IT and data engineering teams.
    • Manage large datasets from internal and external sources, including CRM systems, market intelligence platforms, and supply chain databases.
    • Support the implementation and optimization of data warehouses and ETL processes.
  • Strategic Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, R&D, and operations to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on BI initiatives.
  • Market and Competitive Intelligence:
    • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to provide actionable intelligence.
    • Support forecasting and scenario planning based on industry insights.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify and implement best practices in BI processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Train team members and stakeholders on the use of BI tools and data interpretation.
