About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Reporting & Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive and flexible solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large datasets from various sources to prepare reports that provide critical insights into campaign and customer lifecycle activities.
  • Create reports requested by customers and teams using reporting tools, conducting analyses of postpaid and prepaid customers.
  • Develop and maintain regular dashboards and publish performance summaries.
  • Measure campaign performance using metrics such as customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth for both postpaid and prepaid segments.
  • Use data analytics to understand customer segments, behaviors, and preferences.
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector, preferably related to the customer lifecycle and/or Business Intelligence.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with data analysis tools, particularly SQL, Excel, and big data queries.
  • Ability to manage large datasets while maintaining data integrity.

This role requires strong technical skills and business acumen to drive campaign performance and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality reports and analytics, and will be able to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
