About This Role:

Our organization is seeking a Workday specialist to provide expertise in integration development, core concepts, and related areas.

  • This position involves working as a consultant, delivering technical support in integration development, core concepts, and other relevant fields.
  • The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience in developing Workday integrations
  • Fair understanding of Workday core principles
  • Strong grasp of business objects and identifying relationships between Process Based Objects (PBO) and Reference Based Objects (RBO) as well as usage of Calculation Fields
  • Extensive hands-on experience with integrations, calculation fields, security, migrations
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Integration Bus (EIB), Core Connector Worker, Core Connector Benefit, Workday Studio, Navigation, Search, Security, Reports, etc.
  • Preferred candidate with experience using Workday Extend
  • Good coding, testing, implementing, debugging, and documentation skills
  • Good understanding and hands-on experience with XSLT
  • Good understanding of Integration Scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to communicate and articulate technical information
  • High reasoning aptitude and ability to quickly understand complex operating environments
  • Ability to work in a diverse multi-national and multi-vendor environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
