Job Title: Workday Business Analyst

">Workday Configuration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Configuration Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in Workday HCM and relevant modules.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday configurations, HR processes, and business workflows.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations.
  • Configure and maintain Workday modules as per business needs.
  • Prepare functional documentation, workflows, and support testing/UAT cycles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, with at least 2–3 years working with Workday configurations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and business workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and relevant modules (certifications preferred).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
