The Role:

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement plans to maintain plant equipment, reducing downtime and improving overall performance.
  • Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and repair breakdowns to minimize disruption to operations.
  • Equipment Optimization: Analyze performance data and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Spare Parts Management: Effectively manage inventory for critical components to ensure timely repairs and replacements.
  • New Equipment Installation: Support the installation and commissioning of new machinery, ensuring seamless integration into our operations.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety and maintenance standards, protecting both people and assets.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
  • 0–3 years of experience in plant maintenance or mechanical engineering; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with rotating equipment and maintenance best practices is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly under time-sensitive conditions, are necessary for success in this role.
