Role Profile:

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Procurement Manager to oversee vendor relationships, ensure timely supply of goods/services, and facilitate smooth operational processes. The role demands strong coordination skills, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a single point of contact for vendors and internal departments.
  • Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance checks.
  • Ensure prompt purchase orders, delivery follow-ups, and payment coordination.
  • Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate vendor databases, contracts, and operational records.
  • Support procurement team in negotiations and cost optimization.
  • Coordinate with finance for invoice processing and payment cycles.
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports and operational dashboards.
  • E nsure adherence to organizational policies and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in Business Administration / Supply Chain / Operations (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in vendor coordination, operations, or procurement.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
