Job Title: Senior Statistical ProgrammerJob Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Statistical Programmer to lead our statistical programming activities. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, drive the implementation of data analytics reports, and make decisions at study or project level.

  • This role involves leading statistical programming activities for several studies or driving the implementation of data analytics reports. You will be responsible for making decisions and proposing strategies at study or project level.
  • You may act as functional manager for local associates, providing supervision and advice on functional expertise and processes.
  • You will build and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams, able to summarize and discuss status of deliverables and critical aspects (timelines, scope, resource plan).
  • You will ensure project-level standardization by providing and implementing programming solutions, ensuring knowledge sharing.
  • You will act as expert in problem-solving aspects.
  • You will ensure timely and quality development and validation of datasets and outputs for regulatory submissions/interactions, safety reports, publications, post-marketing activities etc.

  • Achieve high level of quality, timeliness, cost efficiency and customer satisfaction across functional activities and deliverables.
  • Adherence to policy and guidelines - Customer / partner feedback and satisfaction.
