Job Title: Architectural Draftsman

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Architectural Draftsman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and preparing architectural drawings based on specifications, requirements, and calculations. Key responsibilities include drafting detailed construction drawings, ensuring all drawings comply with construction and architectural standards, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction teams.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Architecture and Planning principles, as well as strong attention to detail and precision in work. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a team. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software is essential, and experience in the construction or architecture industry is highly desirable.

Qualifications include:

  • Understanding of Architecture and Planning principles
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
