We are seeking an experienced and skilled technical specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a real impact in the field of technology.

As a technical specialist, you will be responsible for managing all technical aspects of client relationships. You will act as the client's trusted advisor, providing high-quality technical service and delivering exceptional results.

The primary objective of this role is to strengthen client relationships and increase client satisfaction through excellent technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client operations, monitor and track support needs and service requests, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities to improve availability.
  • Provide high-level technical knowledge, support, and services to clients.
  • Take accountability for overall technical responsibility for proposed services solutions and work closely with the service operations team in service delivery.
  • Identify new opportunities based on technical understanding of client needs.
  • Share insights of client environments with Client Managers, Client Success Managers, and/or Service Architects and contribute to upselling.
  • Improve mean-time-to-repair, aid future downtime avoidance, and get support to help extract maximum value out of client-covered assets.
  • Improve overall service performance through reduction in incident volume and incident resolution time.
  • Lead and ensure root cause analysis of problems is performed and documented in problem tickets.
  • Analyze the impact of technical changes made to client environments.
  • Schedule and chair monthly technical reviews with clients.
  • Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of information requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
  • Resolve and assess a wide range of issues in creative ways and suggest variations in approach.
  • Perform any other related tasks as required.
