Email Marketing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a talented Email Marketing professional to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including setup, data selection, rollout (creatives not included), and reporting.
  • Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns across various platforms.
  • Create and manage customer workflows, segmentation, and targeting strategies.
  • Develop insights from complex data sets and present actionable recommendations.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries using advanced concepts for audience creation and performance tuning.
  • Conduct A/B testing and hyper-personalization campaigns to improve engagement.
  • Compile campaign performance reports ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and business relevance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience designing and managing email campaigns.
  • Strong experience in developing BI reports with expertise in Oracle Infinity IQ.
  • Proven track record in hyper-personalization and A/B testing campaigns.
  • Proficient in SQL / PL-SQL with expertise in writing complex queries and performance optimization.
