Job Overview:

The position of Senior Compliance Manager is a crucial role that entails overseeing all aspects of compliance for our organization. This includes ensuring adherence to SEBI Act, AIF Regulations, FEMA, and IFSC regulations.

  • Lead compliance efforts for provisions of SEBI Act, AIF Regulations/FEMA/IFSC regulations and circulars.
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations and compliances in Gift City.
  • Coordinate with legal, accounting, and compliance teams for regulatory reporting and compliances.
  • Manage investor queries related to compliance.
  • Identify potential issues and implement proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Develop efficient controls for reconciliations, Risk, and compliance management.
  • Drive partnerships with incubators, accelerators, Angel Networks, Micro VC etc., run outreach programs, meet, evaluate, coach, mentor, and develop founders and support startups ecosystem.
  • Represent senior management and drive organizational culture and values among employee base.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Alternate Investment Fund regulations.
  • Hold a CS or CA or MBA degree.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office Suite.
