About This Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) and a proven track record of administering the ServiceNow platform.

  • Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform, including GRC modules, to ensure stability and compliance processes.
  • Perform DevOps activities, such as code deployments across environments, to maintain a stable and efficient system.
  • Develop and implement fixes for production defects to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow integrations with external systems to ensure seamless communication.
  • Resolve ServiceNow incidents and provide root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain user roles, permissions, and platform stability to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support audits and compliance reporting to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Ensure smooth platform upgrades and patches to maintain system integrity.
  • Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
  • Maintain detailed operational documentation and runbooks to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience with hands-on expertise in GRC modules.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals, and GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Implementation.
  • Experience in ServiceNow support & maintenance, including incident resolution, with proven track records in code deployments, integration monitoring, and defect fixes.
  • Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes and familiarity with ITIL processes and change management.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI) is a plus.
