Job Title: Financial Expert - US Taxation & Compliance

A highly skilled professional is required to manage and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with US accounting practices and tax laws. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory standards and IRS guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle federal and state tax returns, ensuring timely filings and accurate information.
  • Manage financial audits, internal controls reviews, and regulatory compliance assessments.
  • Consult with clients on financial strategy, tax planning, and regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including IRS regulations and state-specific tax rules.
  • Provide advisory support on financial reporting standards and regulations.
  • Stay updated on developments and changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Mentor junior staff, offering guidance and training.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), USA certification mandatory.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience working directly with US taxation and compliance.
  • Proficient understanding of US GAAP, tax laws, and IRS regulations.
  • Prior experience in managing audits, financial reporting, and compliance assessments for US clients.
  • Experience in Big 4 or US-focused accounting firms is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, etc.) and taxation tools.
