Design Excellence

To succeed in this role, you must excel at turning user insights into actionable design. As a key member of the product team, your primary responsibility will be to drive research-informed design processes that lead to impactful and user-centered products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive research-driven design processes.
  • Conduct and synthesize user research to identify needs and behaviors.
  • Translate findings into frameworks, flows, and final designs.
  • Lead workshops and problem-framing sessions with stakeholders.
  • Coach peers on research integration and iterative design methods.
  • Advocate for evidence-based decision-making across the product team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 57 years of experience in product design for B2C or consumer-facing products.
  • Proven ability to apply qualitative and quantitative insights into design solutions.
  • Strong expertise in prototyping, testing, and usability evaluation.
  • Experience leading discovery workshops and research-led projects.
  • A comprehensive portfolio showcasing research-driven design outcomes.
