System Performance Specialist

We are looking for a skilled System Performance Specialist to join our team.

  • Job Description:
  • This role involves designing and executing performance test strategies, identifying bottlenecks, and collaborating with development teams to enhance system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness.
  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Develop and implement performance and endurance test plans, strategies, and scripts.
  3. Execute load, stress, and endurance tests using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Blazemeter, etc.
  4. Conduct exploratory testing for new features in Agile environments.
  • Analysis & Optimization:
  • Monitor system performance and analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Provide detailed performance reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Advise development teams on performance improvements and system tuning.
  • Tooling & Frameworks:
  • Build and maintain performance testing frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Utilize performance monitoring tools and develop custom scripts for automation.
  • Collaboration & Leadership:
  • Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and system architects to ensure performance goals are met.
  • Serve as a performance advisor within Agile teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in performance testing tools and experience with Agile methodologies are highly desirable.

The selected candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and continuously strive for excellence in system performance.
