Job Title: Print Production Manager

We are seeking a skilled Print Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end production process for direct mail campaigns. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  1. Manage print production activities from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  2. Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality control.
  4. Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and shipping timelines.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Print Production, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in print production management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software applications.
