Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-Stack AI Engineer to join our team. As a Full-Stack engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI models using cutting-edge technologies.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building and optimizing AI models: You will design and develop efficient, production-ready code for AI models using Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Evaluating performance: You will test and rank model outputs to ensure high-quality results.
  • Fine-tuning models: You will work with datasets for SFT and RLHF to fine-tune models and improve their performance.
  • Raising the bar: You will participate in code reviews, testing, and clean documentation to maintain high standards.
  • Innovating: You will shape new strategies to make AI more useful, safe, and aligned with real-world needs.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Programming languages: Strong knowledge of Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Frameworks and tools: Experience with Node.js or NestJS, plus a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Development practices: Comfortable with modular development, scalable systems, and secure coding practices.
  • Docker: Skilled with Docker (this is a must-have).
  • Communication: Clear communicator who can explain their work in excellent English.

Bonus Points

The following skills are highly desirable:

  • LLMs: Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT, prompting, fine-tuning).
  • Test-driven development: Background in test-driven development, QA, or automated testing.
