We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Strategic Governance Consultant. This role will play a key part in shaping governance reforms and supporting their effective execution.

Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven professional to contribute to the development of state-level manifestos and governance policy recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead research and drafting of state-level manifestos and governance policy recommendations, ensuring alignment with political objectives and stakeholder priorities.
  • Collaborate with leadership and functional teams to align governance reforms with broader strategic goals and facilitate effective implementation.
  • Manage governance projects and cross-functional teams, monitor progress, troubleshoot risks, and drive timely execution of key initiatives.
  • Engage with government bodies, civil society, and local stakeholders; travel as necessary to support policy rollout and validate impact on the ground.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum degree from a Tier 1 or 2 academic institution in Social Sciences, Law, or Engineering.
  • Previous experience of 2-4 years in consulting, governance research, or similar fields is highly desirable.
  • A deep understanding of India's political and policy landscape, culture, and geography.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
