Job Title: Airport Ground Staff

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service and Support: Assist passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and boarding processes.
  • Flight Information: Provide accurate and timely information about flight schedules, delays, and airport services.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manage passenger inquiries and complaints.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse groups of people.
  • Airline Operations Knowledge: Have knowledge of airline operations and procedures to provide efficient assistance to passengers.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in handling passenger data and managing check-in systems.
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Possess strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle difficult situations.
  • Language Proficiency: Have effective communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress efficiently. Also, flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic IT and Computer Skills: Possess basic IT and computer skills to effectively use software and hardware.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior experience in airport operations or customer service is a plus.
