Financial Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team as a Cluster Finance Business Partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance, providing strategic commercial expertise, and supporting the delivery of key business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
In addition, they will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
- Possess a flair for numbers, with the ability to think strategically and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement effective financial analysis and reporting to drive business insights and inform decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business performance, provide commercial expertise, and own the delivery of financial targets and an effective control environment.
- Bring strong commercial insight and judgment to decision-making, with a focus on investment optimization, pricing strategy, and market financials.
- Support the development and implementation of commercial strategies, including trade spend management, BTL claim process, and distributor ROI improvement.
- Qualification: CA Inter/Qualified ICWA with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment.
