Job Description:

As a senior financial management professional, you will oversee daily financial operations, manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll and general ledger. You will prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day financial operations including cash flow monitoring, investments and forecasting.
  • Prepare and present timely financial statements and reports.
  • Develop and implement effective budgeting processes.
Accounting & Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Timely filing of tax returns and audits.
  • Strong knowledge of transfer pricing compliance and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records.
Strategic Support:
  • Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior management on financial planning.
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing results with plans.
Team Leadership:
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
  • Continuously improve financial processes and systems.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Finance or related field
  • 10–15 years of experience in financial management and accounting.
  • Proficiency in financial software.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
