Marketing Executive Job Description

Dil Brands aims to increase utilization of assets and resources for small and medium-sized restaurants through virtual brands. We seek a creative Marketing Executive to drive marketing efforts for our food brand.

The ideal candidate will oversee campaign planning, project management, and execution to boost awareness, customer engagement, and sales across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize efficiency and demonstrate a proactive attitude.
  • Collaborate on creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote food products on various platforms.
  • Support photo shoot and video shoots as needed for campaigns.
  • Work closely with city business and central teams to develop promotional strategies and product positioning.
  • IDentify agencies and manage vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Coordinate in-store promotions, tastings, food festivals, and trade events.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
  • Nurture relationships with food bloggers, influencers, and content creators to expand product reach.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and consumer preferences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • 6-12 months of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the food, FMCG, events, or startup ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with digital and offline marketing tools and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, Zomato/Swiggy dashboards, OOH, events, BTL).
  • Excellent execution, timeline management, and communication skills.
  • A creative mindset with an understanding of current food and dining trends.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in food product marketing, QSR, or FMCG.
  • Basic knowledge of food photography or coordination with content creators.
  • Experience working with food aggregators (Zomato, Swiggy, Amazon Foods, etc.).
