Human Resources Business Development Specialist
Role Overview:This role will focus on developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business growth and excellence.
- Lead local HR services, ensuring compliance with local legislation.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business financial dynamics.
- Manage projects in a fast-paced environment, efficiently building strong relationships and influencing skills.
- Provide expertise in employment law and labor regulations.
Key responsibilities include demand management, employee relations, case management, talent acquisition support, performance management, compliance and policies, onboarding and integration, data and analytics, employee engagement, business restructures, TUPE, annual pay reviews, workforce planning, location and working practice strategy, diversity, equity, and inclusion, risk & compliance management, wellbeing, employee and manager support, team management and service delivery.
Required Skills:Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment, commitment to HR operational excellence and enhancing employee experiences, adjusting to new challenges with a problem-solving approach, good working knowledge of Fujitsu's global HR standards.
