Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will perform detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for various construction projects.

  • Conduct thorough quantity take-offs and measurement surveys for materials and works.
  • Manage and evaluate contractor quotations, bids, and contracts to ensure competitive pricing and adherence to specifications.
  • Monitor project costs and progress, identifying and reporting any cost overruns or risks promptly.
Required Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in educational or institutional projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and contract law.
  • Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, MS Excel).
