Program Monitoring Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with district leads, program teams, and country office RM&E teams to design, implement, and analyze monthly program implementation and monitoring indicators.
  • Design and manage dashboards to inform management teams about key insights observed on a monthly basis.
  • Work with the RM&E team to design monitoring forms for constant feedback to programs.
  • Collaborate with program teams to implement and maintain monitoring and evaluation efforts in programs.
  • Update and discuss data-related challenges and reflections with the INCO RM&E team.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Travel regularly throughout the year to oversee the implementation of our M&E work, train staff, and maintain understanding of current M&E practice.
  • Stay informed about research and trends in monitoring and evaluation and recommend improvements to our systems.
  • Network with other non-profits to find areas of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills in data analysis and visualization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
