Cloud Security Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Information Security expert to lead our security strategy across cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on system administration skills, deep AWS/cloud security expertise, excellent executive communication, and the ability to coordinate compliance deliverables under tight timelines.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies across systems, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
  • Drive secure configuration and hardening across Linux/Windows environments.
  • Design and enforce AWS security policies (IAM, SCP, GuardDuty, logging)
  • Present actionable risk insights and metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Embed security practices into the software development and testing lifecycle.
  • Manage rapid compliance and audit preparation (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
  • Ensure fast turnaround times on InfoSec requests and escalations.
  • Guide user access control, data governance, and identity lifecycle management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 8–12 years in security leadership and system administration
  • Deep AWS/cloud security proficiency (IAM, KMS, Terraform, VPC)
  • Proven communicator with executive presence and reporting fluency
  • Experience in SDLC, code scanning, and secure testing methodologies
  • Hands-on coordination of certifications and GRC audits under short timelines

Degree and Certifications

  • A Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
