Key Responsibilities:- Designing and implementing training programmes that meet the needs of employees and the organization.
- Managing compliance training programmes and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conducting training needs analysis and developing targeted training solutions.
- Managing relationships with external training providers and negotiating contracts.
- Creating and managing employee development plans to support career growth and succession planning.
- Delivering training sessions, both in-person and virtually, using various training methods.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in learning and development, such as CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) or similar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
