Job Title: Frontend Developer

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a software engineer specializing in front-end development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React and be skilled at building complex user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new user-facing features using React.js and various libraries such as GSAP, Framer Motion, or WebGL for smooth animations and interactions.
  • Build reusable components and libraries for future use and ensure maximum performance across a wide array of web-capable devices and browsers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code adhering to industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards and assist junior developers in their growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in front-end development and provide expert advice when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in React.js development with a strong proficiency in JavaScript.
  • Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
  • Experience with popular React.js workflows such as Redux or MobX and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
  • Proficient in using version control systems like Git.
  • Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with responsive web design and mobile development.
  • Proven track record of delivering public-facing websites with examples from portfolios.
  • Implement animations and interactions using GSAP, Framer Motion, or WebGL.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
  • Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and Enzyme.
