Job Title: Team Lead & Performance Manager

  • Share knowledge on processes and systems with the team.
  • Cultivate effective communication and issue resolution with supervisors and clients.
  • E nsure adherence to internal policies, external regulations, and information security standards.
  • Gather and provide data for various audits like ISO/COPC.
  • Effectively manage queue and workload balancing, addressing escalations when needed.
