We are seeking a skilled Application Deployment Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with customers and stakeholders to ensure seamless software deployments.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and deliver applications to customer environments, ensuring timely and efficient deployments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to application deployment, implementing proactive measures to prevent future issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including change management and vendors, to achieve deployment goals.
  • Manage and support customer environments built on Windows client operating systems, Active Directory Group Policy, Microsoft Defender, and the Microsoft Intune product family.

To be successful in this role, you will require at least 4 years of experience in preparing applications for deployment on Windows Operating Systems. Your skillset should include thorough knowledge of MSI and MSIX packaging frameworks, as well as operational knowledge of the Microsoft Intune product family.

Required Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of Windows 11 and AD Group Policies.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of PowerShell Scripting and basic level VB scripting in support of automating application installations.
  • Experienced in working in an ITIL-based operations environment using ITSM toolsets such as ServiceNow.
