**Lead Technical Expert**

Our organization seeks a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead our development team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of .NET, ASP.NET and .NET Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle, encompassing architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and quality assurance processes.
  • Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and recommending improvements in architecture and processes.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance in .NET, ASP.NET, C# and .NET Framework to solve complex challenges.
  • Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and deliverables while ensuring high performance within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8–12 years of software development experience with strong expertise in .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Framework.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture and application frameworks.
  • Experience with databases and integration with .NET applications.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with modern .NET frameworks.
  • Exposure to front-end technologies.
  • Project management experience with Agile methodologies.
