Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Expert with hands-on experience in testing web, mobile, and backend applications.

  • Design, document, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans for web, mobile, and backend applications, including APIs (REST/GraphQL) for functionality, data validation, error handling, and performance.
  • Perform manual functional testing as well as contribute to automation for regression and repetitive tasks, such as cross-browser and cross-device testing for responsive web and mobile applications.
  • Report, track, and verify defects using Jira or equivalent bug tracking tool, and collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps during sprints and release cycles.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and release testing, and contribute to building and enhancing automation frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, and Postman.
  • Ensure quality in staging and production deployments, and apply strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills to excel in this role.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2–5 years of experience in QA/testing for Web, Mobile, and Backend systems, with hands-on experience in manual testing and exposure to automation testing.
  • Familiarity with tools & frameworks, including Web: Selenium / Cypress / Playwright, Mobile: Appium / Espresso / XCUITest, API: Postman / REST Assured / JMeter, and Working knowledge of SQL for data validation.
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr), and understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
