Job Title: Conversational AI Tester

We are seeking a skilled tester to join our team in creating and executing complex test scenarios for our Conversational AI platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Defect Workflow, Agile methodology, and be able to create, execute and automate functional and regression test scenarios.

The successful candidate will have experience testing Omni Channel (Voice and Chat) Natural language processing (NLP), conversational AI and cognitive solutions, as well as proficiency in Python, Java or JavaScript for test automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, execute and automate complex functional and regression test scenarios
  • Ensure test coverage and execution of test cases that exercise all critical inter-system integration points
  • Responsible for initiatives of high complexity, high risk, and high visibility
  • Review and provide feedback on requirements, technical design, and specifications through User Story / Backlog Refinement sessions
  • Test planning including Test Plans, Test Data Requirements, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Results, Test Strategy and Test Summary reports
  • Conduct Manual and automated testing

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in the software industry with Quality Assurance experience
  • Experience testing software applications within the Healthcare industry
  • Proficiency in Python, Java or JavaScript for test automation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Text to Speech, Speech to Text
  • Experience working in SAFe / Agile
