  • Develop large-scale LLMs, RAG pipelines, and autonomous agents.
  • Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and evaluation.
  • Mentor and grow a team of AI engineers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate finance use cases into robust solutions.

Requirements:

Applicants must have experience building complex, maintainable LLM applications and agents.

  • 8+ years of backend service development in Python, Node.js, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of LLMs.
  • Cutting-edge knowledge of code generation and prompting techniques.
  • Experience building agents and tooling for agents.
  • Expertise in API design and relational databases.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Top-tier institutes preferred.
  • Experience building fintech software.
  • Experience working in large enterprises/big tech.
