Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled ERP Systems Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaboration with global teams and demonstrate the ability to work effectively during East Coast business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements for ERP web and mobile app modules.
  • Conduct gap analysis to align business needs with technical capabilities.
  • Define and document requirements for AI-driven functionalities within ERP modules.

Screen Layout Design:

  • Create rough screen layouts using spreadsheet tools or design software.
  • Ensure designs align with user experience principles and stakeholder expectations.

Testing Plan Development:

  • Develop comprehensive testing plans, including test cases and scenarios, to ensure module functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to validate testing outcomes and address issues.

Agile Methodology:

  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
  • Break down epics into user stories and ensure their readiness for development teams.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Effectively communicate with personnel, ensuring clarity and alignment on project requirements and deliverables.
  • Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating smooth collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years as a Systems Analyst or similar role focusing on ERP systems.

AI Expertise:

  • Foundational understanding of AI technologies and their applications in ERP systems.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or design tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and their modular structures.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies.

Agile Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience in Agile processes; certifications like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP).
  • Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
