Job Title: AI/ML Specialist">

We are seeking an exceptional AI/ML Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, computer vision, and natural language processing, with expertise in developing and deploying large-scale AI models.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and train advanced AI models for computer vision, generative AI, audio processing, predictive analysis, and NLP applications.
  2. Fine-tune open-source Large Language Models (LLMs) for Navy-specific tasks.
  3. Preprocess, label, and augment datasets for model training.
  4. Implement model compression, quantization, and pruning techniques for deployment-ready AI applications.
  5. Develop and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and translation models for mission-critical AI applications of the Indian Navy.

Requirements:

  1. Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in AI/ML research and development.
  3. Expertise in deep learning architectures, including CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, GRUs, Transformers, GANs, VAEs, and Diffusion Models.
  4. Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and Rust.
  5. Experience with popular ML frameworks, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
  6. Knowledge of model optimization techniques, including hyperparameter tuning, transfer learning, and few-shot learning.
  7. Experience with data preprocessing, labeling, and augmentation techniques.
