Job Title: AI/ML Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Datascientist with strong expertise in analysing business requirements and implementing advanced AI/ML solutions.

The ideal candidate will specialise in applying AI/ML techniques to extract meaningful insights, generate recommendations, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and understand complex business requirements and domain-specific data from large-scale datasets.
  • Translate business problems into technical AI/ML solution designs, including feature engineering and model selection.
  • Apply AI/ML algorithms to predict business outcomes, detect anomalies, and improve efficiency.
  • Implement MLOps best practices for deployment, monitoring, and versioning.
  • Collaborate with engineers, data architects, and business stakeholders through requirements planning and validation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience (8-10 years) in AI/ML roles with strong exposure to Oil & Gas industry.
  • Hands-on expertise in Python, R, Scala, and ML frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of big data technologies and cloud ML platforms.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration.
