Lead Innovative AI/ML Product Development

A dynamic and forward-thinking individual is sought after to spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI/ML-powered products.

  • Drive end-to-end development of production-grade AI/ML products and modules, focusing on scalability and rapid feature iterations.
  • Develop and scale AI Agents, Agentic RAG frameworks, LangChain and LangGraph-based systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design and deploy applications in a cloud platform, leveraging expertise in DevOps and infrastructure management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3–8 years of strong coding and full-stack product development experience.
  • Proven track record of building and shipping production-grade products with strong technical leadership skills.
  • Expertise in:
  • AI/ML pipelines and productisation
  • Agentic AI systems, RAG architectures
  • LangChain, LangGraph, Vector DBs
  • Cloud services (Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Vertex AI, etc.)
  • Strong hands-on coding skills in Python, Node.js, or related stacks.
  • Prior experience in an early-stage startup or entrepreneurial initiative (preferred).
  • Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
