Creative Visual Designer Position

We are looking for a skilled creative visual designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing visual identities, creating engaging graphics and visual content for various platforms and campaigns.

  • Develop consistent visual identities across digital, print and multimedia campaigns.
  • Create high-quality graphic assets for websites, apps, social media, newsletters, presentations and promotional materials.
  • Design 3D visuals, motion graphics and short videos for global campaigns.
  • Produce attractive PDFs and corporate documents ready for investors, partners and international presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and technology teams to ensure brand consistency and visual impact.
  • Translate complex ideas into clear, effective and memorable visuals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines with precision.
  • Stay up-to-date with design, UI/UX and global visual trends.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia or Visual Arts is required. Relevant work experience and skills can also be considered.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) is essential.
  • Experience with 3D design, animation and video editing is highly valued.
  • Solid knowledge of UI/UX design for web and mobile applications is necessary.
  • Ability to create interactive presentations and attractive PDFs is important.
  • Strong portfolio showing experience in branding, campaigns and corporate materials is essential.
  • Excellent storytelling skills through design and visuals are crucial.
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) is required.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Figma or Sketch for prototyping is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of digital illustration and infographic design is valuable.
  • Experience in international campaigns with broad reach is desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for collaboration with development teams is useful.
  • Strong ability to connect strategic creativity with business goals is key.
