In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing IAM strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the organization's information security goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • IAM Strategy & Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of information security professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective implementation of IAM strategies and policies.
  • Technical Implementation: Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions, including governance, access management, and privileged access management.
  • Policy & Controls: Create, implement, and maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures to manage user identities and access rights.
  • Incident Management: Manage IAM-related security incidents and vulnerabilities, coordinating with IT security teams to mitigate risks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging threats in IAM, participating in vendor proposals and contract negotiations.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track service metrics and generate regular reports for management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash), as well as experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM), Session Management, and Vaulting technologies.
  • Security Knowledge: Working knowledge of Web Access Management and SSO technologies (Okta, Azure, Ping Federate, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID/Connect).
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to provide guidance and mentoring.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree: In a related field such as Computer Science, Information Security, or Business Administration.
  • Industry Experience: Work experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
