Job Title: Senior Retail Visualizer

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, and execute visually appealing in-store displays to align with brand image and merchandising standards.
  • Regularly refresh displays to reflect seasonal themes, new arrivals, and promotional events.
  • Lead store setup activities according to company SOPs and strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize and implement in-store promotions aligned with brand campaigns.

 

Customer Experience Enhancement
  • Create immersive shopping experiences through thoughtfully designed displays.
  • Gather customer feedback to continually enhance visual merchandising experience.

 

Visual Merchandising Coordination
  • Work closely with sales teams and store managers to implement effective visual merchandising strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards across all retail locations.

 Store Layout Optimization

  • Strategically utilize store space to enhance product visibility and drive sales opportunities.
  • Design store layouts that support smooth navigation and an intuitive shopping experience.

 

Performance Monitoring
  • Track and analyze the impact of visual merchandising efforts on foot traffic and sales metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports with insights, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.

 

Communication and Liaison
  • Engage with customers and frontline staff to gather feedback on visual presentation and shopping experience.
  • Maintain open communication with internal stakeholders, including merchandising, sales, and product teams.
