Lead Luxury Sales Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales acumen and the ability to manage a high-end retail environment with precision. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day store operations, improving commercial performance by increasing sales turnover and maximizing profitability, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth through strategic sales initiatives and promotions
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising, inventory management, and other store-related tasks
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and goals

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of retail sales experience in luxury or premium brands
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English and Hindi language proficiency
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field (Sales/Retail)
