Software Quality Assurance Specialist

This position involves designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies for software applications, focusing on ensuring their quality, reliability, and security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing financial transactions, validating API integrations with exchanges and wallets, and developing robust automation workflows.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute manual and automated tests for web, mobile, and API platforms to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Test and validate the integration of cryptocurrency exchange and wallet APIs to guarantee secure and efficient transactions.
  • Verify financial workflows, portfolio tracking, and reporting features to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Design and maintain automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright to streamline testing processes.
  • Conduct thorough API testing using Postman and RestAssured to guarantee API reliability and performance.
  • Perform load and performance testing using JMeter, k6, and Locust to identify and address potential bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to implement Agile methodologies and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing (manual + automation) with a strong focus on quality assurance.
  • A deep understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile processes to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Hands-on expertise in test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright to develop efficient automation frameworks.
  • Proficiency in API testing (REST/GraphQL, WebSockets) to guarantee API reliability and performance.
  • Working knowledge of SQL/Databases for data validation and analysis.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab) to automate testing and deployment processes.
