Senior Performance Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Test Engineer to enhance our team's capabilities in performance testing.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and executing performance tests using industry-standard tools such as JMeter, Microfocus LoadRunner, or Microsoft Visual Studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop comprehensive performance test strategies to ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Analyze performance metrics, diagnose issues, and identify root causes to optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance testing into the development lifecycle.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest performance testing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in performance testing with a strong background in load, stress, volume, and scalability testing.
  • Proficiency in using JMeter, Microfocus LoadRunner, or Microsoft Visual Studio for performance testing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze performance metrics and diagnose issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
