Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled engineer to design and implement digital test solutions for our cutting-edge devices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and quality of our products through innovative DFT design.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop digital test circuits using industry-standard EDA tools
  • Implement Scan insertion and validation, BIST, MBIST insertion and validation, ATPG, IP Tests, and Pattern validation with or without Timing
  • Analyze and optimize DFT mode timing performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DFT solutions into our ASIC cycle

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in VLSI/Electronics/Electrical/Computer/Instrumentation Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in DFT and ASIC cycle
  • Strong fundamentals on DFT and ASIC cycle, with expertise in Tcl, Perl, Shell scripting
  • Hands-on experience with DFT implementation using standard EDA and flow
