We seek a detail-oriented professional to join our accounting team. This role involves reconciling multiple bank accounts ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance with internal controls.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform daily weekly and monthly bank account reconciliations across multiple entities.
  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation variances including unidentified transactions timing differences and posting errors.
  • Make appropriate cash entries for reconciling items and ensure proper documentation.
  • Prepare month end reconciliations to support month end close processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to research discrepancies and bank items to ensure accurate transaction coding.
  • Maintain compliance with internal control requirements and regulatory standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
  • 5-7 years of accounting experience preferably with focus on bank reconciliations.
  • Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliation principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel Word Teams and Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and complete projects within specific deadlines.
  • Experience completing detailed accounting schedules.
  • Ability to handle large amounts of detailed transactions.
  • High level of accuracy attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal with ability to coordinate with international teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones.
