Social Worker Role
">Our organization seeks a skilled and empathetic social worker to support patient care initiatives. This position will involve working across multiple healthcare projects to facilitate patient engagement, access to care, and coordination with treatment centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support patients in adhering to treatment plans, following up on progress, and providing emotional counseling.
- Assist patients in applying for government and non-government aid programs.
- Help patients and caregivers navigate documentation processes, form submissions, and official procedures for accessing treatment support.
- Regularly track and follow up with patients to ensure continuity of care and linkage to appropriate support programs.
- Coordinate with hospital social work departments, government agencies, and NGOs to address patient needs.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Public Health, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in healthcare-related social work or public health programs.
