About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary professional to lead our Radio Access Network (RAN) design, planning, optimization, and deployment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement scalable, high-performing, and cost-effective RAN solutions
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and industry bodies to ensure alignment with business objectives and technological advancements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise

You will bring in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with 4G LTE and 5G NR technologies, including core network interfaces, protocols, and deployment scenarios. Experience with various RAN technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) and vendors is also required.

Familiarity with Open RAN principles and disaggregated network architecture is highly desirable.

Software Development and Automation

Experience with software development for RAN automation and network function virtualization (NFV) using languages such as Python and Ansible is a plus.

Education and Certifications

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is necessary. Relevant certifications and higher education can be advantageous.
